Check Eligibility
Visa applications can involve many questions. We have answered some of the most common ones in detail so you can better understand the process, what may be required and how Dream Big Visa Consultancy can assist you.
No genuine visa consultancy can guarantee a visa approval. The final decision is made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration department or authorised visa authority based on its own assessment of your application. Our role is to help you understand the requirements, prepare appropriate supporting documents and submit a clear, organised application. We believe in realistic guidance and transparent communication rather than making promises that no consultant can legitimately guarantee.
Eligibility depends on the destination, your nationality, travel purpose, financial circumstances, employment or business profile, travel history and other personal factors. There is rarely a single rule that applies to every applicant. We can review the basic details of your case and explain the general requirements and possible areas that may need additional supporting documents. The final assessment, however, always rests with the relevant visa authority.
Requirements vary by country, but tourist visa applications commonly involve a valid passport, photographs where required, financial documents, employment or business evidence, travel plans, accommodation details and supporting information explaining the purpose of the trip. Some destinations may request additional forms, insurance, invitation letters, biometrics or specific financial evidence. We provide a destination- and case-specific document checklist so you are not relying only on a generic online list.
Processing time varies by destination, season, application type and the individual circumstances of the applicant. Any processing period displayed on our website is an indicative estimate only and should never be treated as a guaranteed completion date. Immigration authorities may request additional documents or take longer during busy periods. We therefore recommend applying well before your intended travel date whenever the destination permits it.
It is generally better to begin the process early enough to allow time for documentation, appointments where required and unexpected processing delays. The ideal application window differs by destination because some authorities accept applications months in advance while others have different rules. We can guide you on the usual timing for your selected destination and help you plan the application around your intended travel period.
This depends on the destination and the type of application. Some visa authorities request travel reservations or an itinerary, while others may advise applicants not to purchase non-refundable tickets before a decision is made. We will explain what is normally appropriate for the country you are applying to and can assist with suitable flight and hotel booking arrangements where required. Applicants should avoid unnecessary financial risk when a confirmed purchase is not mandatory.
There is no universal bank-balance figure that guarantees a tourist visa. Visa authorities generally look at whether your available funds are reasonable for the length and purpose of the trip, and whether your financial profile is consistent with your income and circumstances. The source and history of funds can be just as important as the closing balance. We can guide you on the type of financial evidence normally expected for your destination, but we will never recommend creating artificial transactions or misleading financial information.
Yes. A lack of international travel history does not automatically prevent someone from obtaining a tourist visa. Travel history is only one factor that an immigration authority may consider alongside your finances, purpose of travel, employment or business situation, family circumstances and reasons for returning home. For a first-time traveller, presenting the overall application clearly and consistently can be particularly important.
A previous refusal does not necessarily mean that all future applications will be refused. However, it is important to understand the reason for the earlier decision and address any relevant concerns honestly in a new application. We may review the available refusal information and help identify areas where stronger or clearer supporting documentation could be appropriate. Previous refusals should never be hidden when an application asks for that information.
Yes. As part of our visa assistance service, we can guide you through the information required for the relevant application and help you organise the details needed to complete the forms accurately. You remain responsible for providing truthful and complete information about your personal circumstances. Before submission, you should review the application carefully and confirm that the information supplied is correct.
Yes. Document review is an important part of our assistance. We can check whether the documents you provide broadly correspond with the stated requirements, identify obvious missing items and help you organise the application in a clearer manner. Our review cannot guarantee approval or replace the visa authority's own assessment, but it can help reduce avoidable mistakes and incomplete submissions.
Some destinations require applicants to attend a visa application centre, embassy, consulate or authorised facility for biometrics, document submission or an interview, while other visas may be processed electronically. The requirement depends on the destination and the applicant's circumstances. Where an appointment or biometrics process applies, we can explain the usual steps and help you prepare for what you may need to carry.
Yes. Our initial consultation and document-guidance process can be handled completely remotely, so you can apply from anywhere in the world. Depending on the destination, you may need to personally attend a visa application centre or authorised facility for biometrics or submission. We will guide you with all the location-specific requirements based on your destination and individual case.
The total cost varies by destination and may include government, embassy, immigration, visa-centre, biometrics, courier, insurance or other third-party charges in addition to Dream Big Visa Consultancy's professional service fee. We prefer a transparent pricing approach rather than presenting one price that may not apply to every applicant. Before you proceed, we will explain the relevant service fee and, where possible, identify the separate official or third-party charges applicable to your case.
Unless specifically stated in a written quotation, government, embassy, immigration, visa application centre and other third-party fees are separate from our professional service fee. These charges may also change without notice because they are controlled by the relevant authorities or service providers. We aim to explain the expected fee structure clearly before you decide to proceed.
After submission, the application enters the processing stage with the relevant authority. Depending on the destination, there may be an online tracking facility, status notifications or requests for further information. Where tracking information is available to us or provided by you, we can help you understand the status and any next steps. We cannot speed up or influence an immigration authority's decision-making process.
Additional-document requests can occur even when an application was complete at the time of submission. If the authority requests further information, it is important to respond accurately and within any stated deadline. Where the request falls within the scope of our service, we can help you understand what has been asked for and organise the relevant supporting information. The final decision will still remain with the visa authority.
Yes. Dream Big provides tourist visa assistance for all 29 countries in the Schengen area. Schengen applications can involve itinerary planning, travel insurance, accommodation evidence, financial documents and determining the appropriate country through which to apply. If your trip covers more than one Schengen country, we can review your itinerary and guide you on the appropriate application route based on your main destination and travel plan. Individual consulates and visa centres may have additional requirements, and final decisions remain with the relevant authority.
A visa application requires accurate personal information and, in many cases, actions that only the applicant can complete, such as signing declarations, providing biometrics or attending an appointment. We can assist with preparation, documentation, forms and process guidance, but the applicant must remain involved and responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided. We will never submit fabricated information or encourage an applicant to misrepresent their circumstances.
Yes. In addition to tourist visa assistance, we can provide support with flight bookings, hotel bookings and basic travel planning. These services are separate from the visa decision and may involve additional charges depending on what you require. Where travel reservations are relevant to a visa application, we will also explain whether confirmed purchases or suitable reservations are normally appropriate for that destination.
Our approach is centred on personal attention, transparent communication and realistic guidance. We do not believe in making exaggerated approval claims or giving every applicant the same generic checklist. Instead, we aim to understand the traveller's circumstances, explain the process clearly and help organise the application in a professional and structured way. Our objective is for clients to understand both what we can assist with and what ultimately remains under the control of the relevant immigration authority.
You can begin by completing our eligibility or enquiry form with your basic details, intended destination and travel plans. We intentionally do not ask for sensitive passport details at the initial enquiry stage. Once we understand your requirement, we can explain the next steps, likely document requirements and the scope of assistance available for your destination.
Tell us your destination and basic travel details and we can guide you on the appropriate next step.
