Visa requirements and the level of assistance needed can vary by destination and applicant. Instead of forcing every traveller into the same package, we provide a personalised quotation with a clear explanation of our professional fee and the third-party charges that may apply.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR COST
This covers the agreed consultancy assistance for your case. Depending on the service required, this may include an initial case review, requirement guidance, a personalised document checklist, application/form assistance, document review, appointment or biometrics guidance and submission support.
Embassy, immigration, consular, visa application centre, biometric, courier or other official charges are third-party fees and are separate from our professional service fee unless your written quotation specifically states otherwise. These charges can change without notice.
Flight booking assistance, hotel booking assistance and basic travel-planning support can be arranged where requested. Any applicable booking costs or service charges will be explained separately so that optional travel services are not confused with visa consultancy fees.
Before you decide to proceed, we aim to explain the scope of assistance and the professional fee applicable to your enquiry. If your requirements change materially after the quotation, any additional work or charge should be discussed before it is undertaken.

We aim to keep the process understandable and communicate relevant next steps, while recognising that government processing and final decisions remain outside our control.
WHY NO ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL PACKAGE?
Two people travelling to the same country may have different documentation, travel histories, circumstances and levels of assistance required. A fixed package can look simple, but it may not accurately reflect the work needed for an individual application.
Our transparency-first approach is to understand the enquiry first and then explain the professional service fee applicable to the assistance requested. This allows you to make an informed decision before proceeding.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Not automatically. Government, embassy, immigration or visa-centre charges are normally separate third-party costs unless your written quotation clearly says they are included. We aim to distinguish these charges from our professional consultancy fee.
The destination, application type, number of applicants, complexity of the case and level of assistance requested can affect the work involved. We therefore prefer to assess the enquiry before confirming the applicable professional fee.
Yes. Our aim is to provide a clear quotation and explain the scope of the agreed service before you proceed. You should be able to understand what you are paying Dream Big for and which external charges may still be payable separately.
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service and the work already performed. Visa refusal itself does not automatically mean professional fees or third-party charges are refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for the applicable terms before making payment.

Paying a professional service fee does not purchase or guarantee a visa. Visa decisions, official fees and processing times remain under the control of the relevant authorities, and third-party charges may change.
